All inquiries are reviewed personally. You can expect a response within 24–48 hours to schedule your consultation or discuss your training goals.
Sessions are available in Flatiron, Chelsea, Tribeca, Upper East Side or in your own luxury residence or building gym. Online coaching is also available for clients who travel frequently or live outside NYC.
Your consultation will include an assessment and discussion of your goals, availability, and training environment. From there, I’ll recommend the most effective program structure for your needs.
Absolutely. All consultations, client information, and training data are handled with complete confidentiality. I work exclusively by appointment and maintain strict discretion for every client relationship.
